For industrial and deep-tech groups

One group P&L across every entity and cost centre

Entities on different ledgers and currencies, in one group P&L and balance sheet. A functional P&L follows your cost-centre tree, and every figure opens to its transactions.

The group controller’s month

Each entity closes in its own system. The group view waits.

R&D, production and sales sit in different entities, ledgers and currencies. Before anyone can say where operating expenses went, someone exports, maps and translates the books by hand.

One group view

Entities on different ledgers, translated into the group currency.

Cost-centre tree

A functional P&L that follows how the organisation is built.

Every figure opens

From the group line to the cost centre, account and transaction.

How Control helps

Group numbers you can read by cost centre.

01
Entities, ledgers, currencies

Each entity keeps its ledger.

Connect each entity’s accounting system with read-only access through its official API. Control maps every entity to one group chart of accounts and translates each currency into the group currency.

  • Netvisor, Procountor, Fortnox, Xero, QuickBooks, Xledger, NetSuite and more
  • Group P&L, balance sheet and cash flow

Functional P&L

Operating expenses by cost-centre tree.

Map each entity’s cost centres to one group tree, from a single team up to the total company. A functional P&L splits one account across functions by cost centre, and an allocation key spreads a shared cost by a live driver.

  • Cost centres mapped to group items with parents
  • Rows built from any combination of dimensions
  • Up to ten cost centres side by side

Answers you can check

Every figure opens to its transactions.

Drill from a group line to the entities, cost centres, accounts and suppliers behind it, then to the entries. A few power users can ask Claude, ChatGPT or Codex the same questions over MCP, within each user’s Control permissions.

Ask where the spend went.

Watch an AI client use Control over MCP to break spend down by vendor and show the accounts behind it. The answer stays grounded in the structured actuals.

Built to be checked

Numbers a group controller can check.

Every group figure stays connected to the entity ledger it came from.

01Read-only access.

Control reads each ledger through its official API. Bookkeeping and period locks stay in each system.

02One structure above every ledger.

One group chart of accounts and one cost-centre tree above different local charts and currencies.

03Every answer traceable.

Any figure, in Control or from an AI client, opens to the entries behind it.

FAQ

What group controllers ask first.

Bring your entity list and cost-centre tree to a demo.

Ask us about your setup
Do our entities have to change accounting systems?

No. Each entity keeps its own system and its own close. Control reads every ledger through its official API with read-only access.

Can the functional P&L follow our cost-centre tree?

Yes. Map each entity’s cost centres to group items and give each item a parent, so reports show the whole tree, from one cost centre up to the total company. Functional P&L rows can combine accounts with any mix of dimensions.

Which exchange rates are used?

Control translates each entity from its functional currency into the group currency. By default, assets and liabilities use the current rate and income statement activity uses the period rate. Where your policy sets its own monthly rate, enter it as an override.

Who uses MCP?

Start with a few power users in finance. Claude, ChatGPT and Codex connect over MCP, each user’s Control permissions apply, and a connection can be limited to read-only.

How is a larger group priced?

Prices are published: €999 a month covers five accounting integrations. Larger groups are priced on request: book a demo with your entity list and the systems each entity runs.
